Marion Smith QC and Lindy Patterson QC to speak at the DAS Convention

Marion Smith QC and Lindy Patterson QC will be speaking at the DAS Convention, taking place on the 6th December, at Norton Rose Fulbright. This year's theme is 'Alternative dispute resolution - processes and ethics' and the keynote address will be delivered by Lord Justice Coulson.

Marion will chair Panel Session 1, on which Lindy will be a panel member.

The convention aims to provide ADR practitioners with a forum to address and discuss practical issues associated with the role performed by dispute resolution professionals.
