Judgment handed down in GMC & Others v Simon Bramhall

Jenni Richards QC, on behalf of the GMC, and Fenella Morris QC, on behalf of the PSA, successful in appeal against decision of MPTS only to suspend Mr Bramhall, the surgeon found to have marked the livers of two of his patients with his initials.
