Swee Im Tan to speak at the Construction ADR Conference 2020 in Kota Kinabalu

The conference, entitled 'Malaysian Construction Law and Dispute Resolution Landscape: Are they Working?' is taking place on the 6th February at the Kota Kinabalu Court Complex in Kuala Lumpur.

The speakers, comprising experienced judges and construction practitioners, will discuss the recent developments in the realm of construction arbitration and statutory adjudication and analyse the implications arising from these developments from the perspectives of different stakeholders.

Swee Im Tan will be taking part in a panel discussion on 'Recent Judicial Decisions of the Appellate Courts and Their Implications on the Practice of Adjudication.'
