Katherine Apps and Gethin Thomas instructed in lockdown judicial review challenge

Katherine Apps and Gethin Thomas, instructed by Richard Arthur at Thompsons Solicitors, are instructed to act for Unite the Union in their judicial review challenge to the impact of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No. 4) Regulations 2020 ("the No 4 Regulations") on lawful picketing within section 220 and 220A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Consolidation Act 1992: R(Unite) v Chief Constable for North Yorkshire Polce and Secretary of State for Health and Social Care.

Their application for an interim declaration will be heard in the Administrative Court on 13 November 2020.
