GS v Blade and Covea Insurance

Simon Browne KC achieved a £10 million settlement for a 18 -year old student rendered a partial tetraplegic when the car in which he was a passenger left the road at speed and rolled into woodland. Since the accident the claimant has managed to attend college and has attempted to engage in wheelchair sports. The main issues in the case were over care and accommodation claims.
