Fenella Morris QC succeeds on behalf of the Professional Standards Authority in appeal against a decision of the GMC's MPT.  Mrs Justice Farbey decided that a doctor who had prescribed medicines of potential abuse over a long period to a vulnerable patient should be struck off.
