WEBINAR: Tales of Conflict and the Role of Mediation
With the successful launch of the first International Commercial Mediation Center in Hainan Province on 1 June 2020, the Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC) delivers its first joint virtual roundtable series together with the International Dispute Resolution Academy (IDRA) and 39 Essex Chambers to facilitate dialogues and promote exchanges of ideas and experience between domestic mediators and mediation practitioners and their international counterparts. We welcome participants from across the globe to join us in sharing tales of conflict and the role of mediation.
