WEBINAR: Human Rights Act Claims in Healthcare

Vikram Sachdeva QC, Nicola Greaney and Stephanie David will discuss the possible HRA claims, following the current pandemic. In particular, they will cover Articles 2, 5 and 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, as well as considering other relevant matters, such as damages, victim status and limitation. They will also touch upon standards of care in negligence and attempts to oust liability during the COVID-19 period.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions using Zoom's Q&A function.
