This is a junior to junior in person only event sharing important insights from the Bench and Junior Bar on how best to manage civil claims.  The evening will be of interest to any legal professional wanting to hone their civil litigation skills. 

The evening will begin with a talk from Her Honour Judge Melissa Clarke, Designated Civil Judge of the Thames Valley, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire followed by a choice of group workshops presented by members of Chambers covering instructing and working with expert witnesses, the new intermediate track and extension of fixed costs, trial preparation and negotiation.
