39 Essex Chambers co-sponsoring and speaking at "Tracing a construction case" seminar - Sydney

39 Essex Chambers will be co-sponsoring, along with The Lighthouse Club, a seminar on 'Tracing a construction case' in Sydney on the 3rd April 2017.

David Bateson and Ben Olbourne will also be speaking at the event.

This unique seminar, which will trace a construction case (based on the facts of an actual but unidentified dispute in Asia), from commencement with the QS / Claims Manager's involvement, moving through all legal processes to judgement via mediation and arbitration.
