39 from 39 - Symmetry in the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court has given judgment on 14th December in D B Symmetry v Swindon Borough Council on whether a planning condition could and did require access roads within a commercial estate to be dedicated as highways. The case deals with important issues on the scope of planning conditions and the old Hall v Shoreham-on-Sea decision, and the interpretation of conditions.
Richard Harwood KC and Victoria Hutton, who appeared in the case for the Council, will be discussing the decision.
