Disciplinary Conference 2019

Marion Smith QC and Nicola Greaney will be speaking at the Disciplinary Conference on Friday 8th February 2019.

The conference will highlight current areas of concern and give guidance on how to avoid some of the increasing number of pitfalls encountered in the Disciplinary Process. The 2019 Disciplinary conference will examine these opposing needs from the perspectives of the User, the Institution and the Member.
