COVID-19: Court of Protection Guidance

The Vice-President has issued two sets of guidance, the first (on 13 March) primarily directed at judges and legal practitioners visiting P, the second (18 March) of wider compass, reflecting the operational situation of the Court of Protection and offering practical solutions to some of the issues being raised by practitioners.  It includes guidance on how hearings will be conducted.
