Ben Olbourne to take part in ICC Arbitration Conference panel discussions in Sydney and Melbourne

Ben Olbourne is speaking at two ICC Arbitration Conferences – the first in Sydney on 23 November 2016, one of the events during Sydney Arbitration Week, and the second in Melbourne on 28 November 2016.

In both Sydney and Melbourne, Ben will join the panel discussion, entitled "Blood, sweat and tears: The secrets to becoming an international arbitrator".  The panel will discuss the working of the ICC Australia's Nominations Committee and the process of receiving the appointment request from the ICC Secretariat and will also consider the process of forwarding a nomination for the ICC Court's attention. The panel, thereafter, will focus on the challenges of breaking into the international arbitration ranks for practitioners from Australia.

Also attending Sydney Arbitration Week from 39 Essex Chambers will be David Bateson, David Barnes and Rod Noble.
