39 Essex Chambers invite you to an open floor discussion on issues around consent to sexual relationships.

The panel will discuss a range of issues looking at consent in different arenas: regulatory, Court of Protection and civil claims. We hope to encourage debate on some of the issues practitioners and decision makers face today.

The discussion will be chaired by Susan Rodway QC.
