Webinar Series: Customs and trade under the TCA
39 Essex Chambers and UK in a Changing Europe are pleased to invite you to three short webinars on the issues arising under the UK's new trading relationship with the EU, the Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA). With over a year's experience of how the TCA works, the seminars look at some of the legal issues which have arisen, practical problems and the economic impact.
The speakers are Professor Catherine Barnard, Andrew Deakin, Dr Anna Jerzewska, Sam Lowe, Timothy Lyons QC, Dr Emilija Leinarte and Dr Thomas Sampson. The final seminar has a discussion with Julian Braithwaite, Director General for Europe at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and Dr Adam Marshall, former DG of British Chambers of Commerce, now of Flint Global.
