WEBINAR: Entitlements for children and young people with SEND during Covid-19
From 1 May 2020, the legal duties in relation to children and young people in England have changed significantly. Timescales in relation to Education, Health and Care Plans have been relaxed and local authorities now only have to use 'reasonable endeavours' to secure provision in EHC Plans. Steve Broach and Tom Amraoui will outline these changes and take questions on how local authorities, providers and families should respond.
