We are delighted to announce that Victoria Hutton has joined Chambers.
Victoria, who joins us from No.5 Chambers, was called in 2011 and has already built up an impressive planning and public law practice, as well as being a qualified mediator.
Victoria’s planning clients include developers, local authorities and other interested parties. She also acts as a consultant barrister to Farrer & Co’s planning team. Due to her work in this area, Planning Magazine has just this month named Victoria in the top ten of planning barristers under 35.
Victoria has gained a wide experience of public and administrative law and has been involved in cases across various different courts and tribunals, including at the European Court of Human Rights. Victoria has also acted in a number of notable cases relating to immigration and asylum law, leading to regular appearances in the First Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
