Kelly Stricklin-Coutinho will be speaking at this event, hosted by Pinsent Masons, on the 1st December.
The second of two sessions from the UK State Aid Law Association, the seminar will consider transparency obligations, the CMA role/ministerial referrals, CAT enforcement/remedies and issues relating to devolution.
