The trial of claims relating to the Mau Mau Rebellion opens in the High Court

On Monday 23 May 2016, the trial of over 40,000 claims in respect of the Mau Mau Rebellion commenced in the High Court before Stewart J.

Lisa Giovannetti QC, Jack Holborn and Stephen Kosmin are appearing for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the defendant in the claims relating to events in Kenya in the 1950s.
