Stephen Tromans QC to give evidence to Parliament on nuclear waste infrastructure

In his capacity as a member of the Government-appointed Committee on Radioactive Waste Management, Stephen Tromans QC will be giving oral evidence to the House of Commons Committee on Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, which is considering the Government's proposed National Policy Statement on a geological disposal facility to take the most highly radioactive wastes.  This will provide a framework for any application for a  development consent  order which is made in due course.
