Stephen Tromans QC appointed Fellow of Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance

Stephen Tromans QC has been appointed a Fellow of the prestigious Cambridge University Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance.

Based in the Cambridge Department of Land Economy, where Stephen taught from 1981-87, C-EENRG's core mission is to conduct integrative research on the governance of environmental transitions, understood as social and technological processes driven by environmental constraints that lead to fundamental changes in social organisation. Its work draws upon the knowledge of the drivers and implications of environmental change generated in various centres across the University of Cambridge and focuses on the law and governance dimensions of environmental transitions.

Stephen will collaborate with colleagues in the Centre on a part-time basis on writing, research, projects and seminars.
