Sir David Foskett speaks to the New Mexico First Judicial Bar Association in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on 24 June

On a visit to New Mexico, Sir David Foskett gave a talk to the New Mexico First Judicial Bar Association in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on 24 June at the invitation of New Mexico Supreme Court Justice David Thomson.  The Association comprises judges, attorneys and others interested in dispute resolution.  His subjects reflected on a number of contemporary issues in the field of dispute resolution, particularly mediation and arbitration, both domestic and international.  The text of his lecture can be found here.
