Sadie Crapper appears in first known case of strike out for fraudulent exaggeration

On 9 October 2012 Sadie Crapper, instructed by Jennifer Harris at Plexus Law, appeared in the one of the first cases in which the jurisdiction to strike out a fraudulently exaggerated claim as an abuse of process which was declared in Summers v Fairclough[2012] 1 W.L.R. 2004 was exercised and a personal injury claim struck out in its entirety.  The case is called Fari v Homes for Haringey was reported in the Evening Standard:
