The High Court hands down the judgment in Riaz v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2019] EWHC 721 (Admin). The High Court dismisses the Judicial Review claim brought by the Claimant challenging the Secretary of State for the Home Department's decisions to curtail his visit visa and to detain him on the basis that he was working in breach of his immigration conditions.
