Rachael O'Hagan Appointed to the Technology and Construction Bar Association (TECBAR) Committee

Rachael O'Hagan has been appointed to the Technology and Construction Bar Association (TECBAR) Committee. There are 20 members on the full committee.

TECBAR was founded in 1983 and now has over 350 members. It is the specialist bar association for employed or self-employed barristers who practise in the London or provincial Technology and Construction Court or before adjudicators, arbitrators and other tribunals. Claims tried in the TCC involve construction and engineering projects both here and abroad, IT, environmental, professional negligence and property dilapidation disputes and adjudicators enforcement. TECBAR is a member of the Bar Council and a TECBAR representative attends its meetings.
