Further progress on the Summers strike-out jurisdiction

CategoryNews Author James Todd KC Date

James Todd, instructed by Wendy Fox of Weightmans Liverpool and acting for Zurich Insurance, has secured the wholesale strike-out of a fraudulently exaggerated personal injury claim in the case of Admans v. Two Saints in Swindon County Court.

Fairclough Homes (2012).

Admans is the fourth in the line of cases that began with Sadie Crapper’s case of Fari.
