Loretta Malintoppi to participate in the SIAC - CIArb Debate in Singapore

Loretta Malintoppi is to take part in the SIAC CIArb Debate in Singapore on Wednesday 16th April 2018 at the Sofitel Singapore City Centre.

The motion is to discuss that Arbitral Institutions should hold tribunals and parties accountable for delays and increased costs through their powers of the purse. Loretta will be debating against the motion.
