Loretta Malintoppi appointed to The Panel of Arbitrators of The International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID)

Loretta Malintoppi has been appointed to The Panel of Arbitrators of The International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) by Dr. Jim Yong Kim, President of the World Bank, in his capacity as Chairman of the Administrative Council,

The ICSID maintains a Panel of Arbitrators and a Panel of Conciliators. Pursuant to Article 13 of the ICSID Convention, each ICSID Contracting State is entitled to designate up to four persons to each Panel. The designees may be nationals or non-nationals of the designating State. In addition, the Chairman of the Administrative Council may designate up to ten persons to each panel. Each panel designee serves for a renewable term of six years.
