Fenella Morris QC has been named The Times’ Lawyer of the Week for her work as counsel to the Independent Medicines and Medical Devices Safety Review, chaired by Baroness Cumberlege. The Review looked into three public health scandals: the hormone-based pregnancy test Primodos, the epilepsy drug sodium valproate and pelvic mesh.
