Karen Gough to speak at the 4th IPBA-THAC Arbitration Day in Bangkok

Karen Gough will be speaking at this year's IPBA-THAC Arbitration Day. Now in its fourth year, the conference will take place on the 5th and 6th November in Bangkok.

Karen will be speaking on the first day on the importance of arbitration for the digital economy and for e- Start-Up companies in Asia, focusing on whether there is a viable alternative to arbitration for dispute resolution in the digital economy and whether there are international solutions/approaches to digital economy disputes emerging from different regions/legal systems.
