Karen Gough to speak at GAR Live as part of Hong Kong Arbitration Week

Karen Gough will be speaking at the annual GAR Live Hong Kong which is taking place on Thursday 1st November, as part of Hong Kong Arbitration Week.

Karen will be taking part in a panel session discussing Remedies, Specific Performance and interim relief in International Commercial Arbitration. She will focus on the English law perspective on applications for interim remedies, particularly addressing the issue of how the remedy you seek from a tribunal changes your approach to a case.
