Karen Gough speaks at the CIArb DAS Convention

Karen Gough spoke at the CIArb DAS Convention on Friday 2nd December, which was held at the offices of Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP.

Karen's talk was on ethics and conflicts of interest in adjudication.

The DAS convention has been designed to gather members of the judiciary, together with a distinguished group of ADR experts, to engage in a high-level discussion of selected topics in the areas of arbitration, mediation and construction adjudication.
