Judicial Review Over Inadequate SEND Funding

A two day rolled-up hearing starts today 26 June in a high profile judicial review challenging the failure by the Lord Chancellor and the Secretary of State for Education to allocate adequate funding for special educational needs provision. The matter is to be heard by Mr Justice Lewis.
