John Pugh-Smith co-ordinates launch of MHCLG/PINS Planning Mediation Service

In this video, John Pugh-Smith FCIArb explains how mediation can resolve, often bitter and intractable, planning disputes following the Planning Inspectorate's  launch of  its joint "Pathfinder" initiative with the MHCLG to help manage its current enforcement workload by encouraging the parties in suitable appeals to allow the cases to be referred to mediation.
