The Court of Appeal hands down its judgment in Islam v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2019] EWCA Civ 500. The Court of Appeal addresses the evidential requirements in Paragraph 41-SD(e) of Appendix A to the Immigration Rules for an applicant seeking leave to remain as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant and Paragraph 245AA of the Immigration Rules concerning missing documentation.
