International Arbitration Insights Series

Marion Smith QC, Jonathan Bellamy and Swee Im Tan will be speaking as part of this International Arbitration Insight Series co-organised by CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission), Wolters Kluwer and the IDRA (International Dispute Resolution Academy).

This virtual event will take place on 31st May from 3pm – 6pm (Beijing time).

Jonathan Bellamy and Swee Im Tan will be taking part in the first panel session discussing Factual Evidence in International Arbitration.

Marion Smith QC will be taking part in the second panel session, discussing Experts Evidence in International Arbitration.
