Steven Lim is an arbitrator and barrister at 39 Essex Chambers. He has over 75 arbitrator appointments in international cases (presiding, sole, co-arbitrator and emergency arbitrator) and is a panel arbitrator with the SIAC, HKIAC, ICDR, KCAB, JCAA, CIETAC, CAAI, AIAC, THAC, HIAC and IDRC (India) and has sat in ICC, SCMA, LMAA, UNCITRAL Rules and ad hoc cases. He also appears as lead counsel in international arbitrations and is a specialist mediator with the SIMC.

Tom Glasgow leads the Asian investment activities and business expansion for Omni Bridgeway, a global leader in financing and managing legal risks.  He is responsible for managing Omni Bridgeway’s investment team and portfolio of funded cases throughout Asia, including arbitration, litigation and enforcement actions.  Before joining Omni Bridgeway, Tom was a senior member of Allen & Overy’s international arbitration practice in Asia, where he handled complex multi-jurisdictional matters for global businesses across numerous sectors.  Tom holds degrees in law and international relations and he is a specialist mediator with the SIMC.
