In this episode Steven Lim (Arbitrator and Barrister, 39 Essex Chambers) and Tom Glasgow (Chief Investment Officer (Asia) OmniBridgeway) talk about confidentiality, transparency, accountability, and appeals in arbitration from the third party funders’ point of view.
