High Court rejects challenges to London Ashford Airport

Peter Village QC and James Strachan QC have successfully defended two challenges to the planning permission granted by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and the Secretary of State for Transport by, respectively, the Royal Society for Protection of Birds and the Lydd Airport Action Group (which was represented by Matthew Horton QC).
