Government clarifies right of disabled people to exercise outdoors

A proposed claim for judicial review, in which Steve Broach was instructed by Bindmans solicitors, has resulted in the government publishing new guidance clarifying that disabled people who have a need to exercise out of doors more frequently than once per day are entitled to do so.
