James Ramsden QC Speaks at Indian Litigation Funding Symposium

James Ramsden QC  is speaking at the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration on February 13^th 2019 in conjunction with Augusta Ventures and FTI Consulting on funding international disputes concerning Indian parties. The event, hosted by the MCIA, is the first of its kind involving the Indian legal sector, where litigation funding is starting to expand significantly.

James is participating in the symposium whilst in Mumbai acting for clients seeking sanctions relief following the US withdrawal in November 2018, from the JCPOA. In October 2018 India was one of seven countries granted limited relief from renewed US sanctions against Iran."
