Topics to be discussed:

  • Changes to the Defective Premises Act 1972
  • Building liability orders and associated persons
  • Managing Building Safety Risks: The Golden Thread
  • The impact of the Fire Safety Act and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 for responsible persons
  • Costs in large party claims

There will also be an opportunity for questions and discussion. Questions can be sent in advance to marketing@39essex.com or the webinar using Zoom’s Q&A function.
