Our arbitrators are appointed by players, agents, clubs, governing bodies and specialist arbitration institutions in the sports law sector to determine disputes in the UK and internationally.
Where our arbitrators act
Our arbitrators act in the UK and internationally in Europe, Asia and Oceania, including in the Court of Arbitration for Sport and involving governing bodies such as FIFA, the Football Association Premier League (FAPL), the Football Association, the English Football League, the Rugby Football Union (RFU), Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) and Sport Resolutions UK.
