What our barristers do
Our barristers act in the full range of town or village green (TVG), commons and public right of way (PROW) proceedings, including applications under the Commons Act 2006, the Highways Act 1980 and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. We are instructed to promote applications, object to applications and act as inspectors in non-statutory proceedings to assist commons registration authorities in the determination of TVG applications.
