This includes legal issues concerning generation from biomass (with environmental subsidies or otherwise) and the public procurement, planning and environment, construction, commercial and regulatory issues arising from the construction and operation of energy from waste facilities.
Who our barristers act for
We act for claimants and defendants, including private parties, local government (such as local waste disposal authorities procuring an energy from waste facility) and public interest groups.
Where our barristers act
We advise on applicable domestic law, engaging as necessary with relevant public authorities. We act in disputes in the High Court, including planning or public law (judicial reviews), procurement law and commercial litigation.
