Lindy Patterson KC to speak at the Adjudication Society and Dispute Resolution Board Foundation Event

Lindy Patterson KC will be giving the keynote speech and moderating the panel discussion at ‘Use of Expert and Factual Witnesses in Adjudication Processes’ on Wednesday, 29 May 2024. Lindy will be joined by panellists Mitwa Bavisi, Jeremy Glover and Scott Jardine.

This event is hosted by London Committee of the Adjudication Society and DBRF and will take place at HFW’s office, who are sponsoring the event. The event will explore the pro’s and con’s of the use of experts and witnesses in adjudication (domestic and international) as well as in DABs/DAABs.
