39 Essex Chambers member Lindy Patterson KC is speaking at the ‘Evidence in International Arbitration: Comparative Perspectives’ event on Wednesday, 19 June 2024. Lindy will be joined by panellists Aleksander Godhe (Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, King’s College London) and James Hope (Vinge) with Eva Kalnina (Arbitrator at Arbitration Chambers and SCC Board Member) chairing the session. They will cover ‘Issues of disclosure, admissibility and evaluation of evidence’.

This event, organised by the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, in partnership with the SCC Arbitration Institute, will bring together leading international practitioners and academics to discuss salient issues of evidence in international arbitration from a comparative perspective.
