Professor Richard Macrory Hon QC CBE is the co chair of the Brexit Task Force set up by the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association and an emeritus professor at University College London.

The annual 39 Essex Chambers Environmental Law Conference will cover the following:

Professor Richard Macrory and Justine Thornton QC will consider some of the practical implications for environmental practitioners of the Repeal Bill and  Defra’s current planning for the transposition of legislation before looking further into the future at the ways in which environmental law might evolve over time.
