The world of dispute resolution is small and both domestically and internationally the pool of arbitrators is not large. With the Halliburton v Chubb decision eagerly awaited from the Supreme Court, where are we going with disclosure by dispute resolvers? How do you apply the test of apparent bias in practice? Lindy Patterson QC will review the latest cases and rules on disclosure and where we are left with Halliburton v Chubb.

The talk will appeal to dispute resolvers in various forms of alternative dispute resolution in particular those involved in arbitration. It will suit experienced dispute resolvers and newcomers in this form of dispute resolution now and in the future.
