Deok Joo Rhee joins 39 Essex Chambers.

Deok Joo was called to the bar in 1998 and arrives from 11 King's Bench Walk. She specialises in all areas of EU law, public law and human rights law. Within these fields the particular focus of her practice is EU economic and social policy, including public procurement, state aid, free movement, immigration and asylum, employment and public international law.
